At AfroEstate.com, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent real estate experience for our clients. We understand that certain circumstances may require changes to transactions and this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for the services we offer.

1. Scope of Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by AfroEstate.com, including but not limited to:
- Property bookings, reservations and deposits
- Consulting services
- Service fees for property transactions (e.g., buyer's agent, seller's agent, etc.)
- Rental agreements and other service-related payments

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:

a. Property Reservation Deposits
If you place a deposit to reserve a property and the property is subsequently unavailable or not as described, you are eligible for a full refund of the deposit amount.

b. Incorrect or Fraudulent Charges
If a charge is made in error or as a result of fraudulent activity, we will investigate the issue and issue a full refund of the amount in question.

c. Cancellation of Service
- Before Agreement Signing: If you cancel a service before the signing of any formal agreement (e.g., lease agreement, sale agreement), you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees incurred.
- After Agreement Signing: If the agreement has been signed and the service has already been rendered (e.g., property viewing, consultancy services, or other related services), a refund may not be available unless otherwise stated in the contract.

d. Transaction Disputes or Errors
If there is a legitimate dispute or error related to a payment made for a real estate transaction (e.g., incorrect price, unapproved additional charges), we will review the situation and issue a refund if deemed appropriate.

3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Any service fees paid for property transactions that have been completed (e.g., agent commission, administrative fees).
- Payments for services already rendered or executed, such as property viewings, consultancy, or other related services.
- Any deposits made on properties that have been held for you, but the transaction is later canceled due to your own decision.
